Perfectly delivered roses. They called ahead of time to ensure that the roses would not wilt in the Florida heat. Great customer service --- an emergency occurred and I had to reschedule delivery for another day. Even though they had already dispatched a driver, they rescheduled and put together a new arrangement for my anniversary gift to my wife. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Steven, thank you for taking the time to write this review.
